I have no idea if it accreditted or not... but Carol K. Anthony and Hanna Moog (authors of I Ching: The Oracle of the Cosmic Way and other fine books) have started the I Ching Institute:

They offer an online course based upon their teachings.

Additionally, many Feng Shui and Traditional Chinese Medicine schools offer coursework in The Book of Changes. I happen to be teaching a course on the I Ching starting in Spring 2007 at Five Branches Institute in Santa Cruz. It is not available to the general public, just for Master's students of TCM enrolled at Five Branches (which is an accreditted institution).
