It sheds alot of light on certain hexagrams... when you hear what others see in them and why it's their favorite.
Mine is hexgram 50...the cauldron...I love the ting... in ancient China many of them have psilocybe mushrooms on the top!!! A ceremonial offering vessel.
It just speaks to that idea of keeping yourself centred and ready to receive fate, and assigning the right amount of focus to both. (from the image)

while doing that i experienced chien, tui, yu, shin and ting twice
which felt differently then it had before
through those thoughts i have arrived with sheng
pushing upward steadily but gently
it gives me the will....
