New to the tribe...yarrow stick?

Hello,

I love reading the I Ching, and would like to take it to a deeper level and read with the yarrow sticks. Does anyone have a step by step method for doing this, or even better a video showing and explaining. I've looked around on the web, and the instuctions aren't clear to me.
